We are all artists, especially in Procrastination.

Who more, some less, has depended many moments of his life with the colors of procrastination.

The fact is that this art brings only so many "excuses" and "motivations" for not doing what we should, not to reach our goals, which can be of any kind, health, family, work, and much more.

The minutes pass, and so are the hours, the days, the months, and even the years. Until one day it happens that we have lost our job, or our company, or family, or worse, we are in the hospital for not having done the prevention of examinations.

Yes, with the procrastination we can paint many pictures of our life every day with the result that we remained as we were or we have made our life worse.

Procrastination processes any road and solution to misuse its duties, so not to do it.

What does Procrastination mean?

Simple, it is "the art of postponing"!

How many times have we postponed various activities also called urgent, often giving priority that make us waste time only.

Most of the time we do not realize that we continue to Procrastinate with consistency, continually postponing activities that can allow us to increase our tenor and style of life.

So Procrastination is doing many other things, often useless, except what should be done.

Procrastination leads only to a situation: the failure of what are our goals.

In the next articles we will talk about:

- How do we understand that we are Procrastinating?

- How to get out of Procrastination?
